You're looking at the perfect place for your next family get-away! Room for everyone to be together or spread out! You'll have a HEATED POOL/SPA (With no extra fee) , Ping-pong table, games for the family, TV's in EVERY ROOM and centrally located, CLOSE to EVERYTHING!
The kitchen is FULLY STOCKED and ready for a meal fit for a King!
Speaking of "Kings", In the HUGE Master you'll fall into a COZY KING SIZED BED, adjacent to your own bathroom for 2 along with a jacuzzi tub!

The Space:
During your stay you'll be able to enjoy the pool which is HEATED! Along with lots of floaties and pool toys for the kiddos! In addition to that you'll have access to the inground spa as well! Don't worry though the pool and spa area is fenced off with a security fence for your kiddo's safety!
In your LARGE master bedroom you'll enjoy watching your favorite shows on a large screen SmartTV and getting cozy in your KING SIZED bed along with private access to the patio, pool and spa area just for mom and dad! You also have your own private bathroom with plenty of room for two to get ready in, as well as enjoy a private jacuzzi tub!
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, a dresser and it's own SmartTV as well!
The other 2 bedrooms also have QUEEN BEDS in both with a roll away twin sized bed in the closet as well for those extra guests. They also have their own SmartTV in each room as well!
You have a fully stocked full sized kitchen with everything you can think of to prepare that "Meal for a king!" Right off of the dining room and living room.
The garage has been converted into a giant game room with Ping-pong, Darts, Cards and more, as well as, Yep you guessed it! It's own SmartTV!
You get a TV and you get a TV and you get a TV.... ok we'll stop :)
For more entertainment and space for the family you'll have a large private backyard with outdoor eating space, a BBQ for cookin' and a place to just chill around a coffee table.
Lastly you'll enjoy some time in our built in southwest style bar complete with more games, a mini fridge for your drinks and yep another TV for your entertainment!
Guest Access:
You'll have full access to the entire property during your stay! 2 parking spots in the driveway and lots of parking around the home as well.
The Neighborhood:
Cute and quiet North West Tucson neighborhood! Close to EVERYTHING!
Getting Around:
Parking all around the home. Most anything you would need is within a 5 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
You will not have access to park in the garage. This has been converted into a game room for the family to make some memories in! But its ok the weather in Tucson is fantastic all year long so you won't need the garage much anyway!
The pool & spa heater is set by the home owners - if you'd like the spa adjusted please let us know and we'd be happy to assist you in that.

Summary: Our son was able to bring our first grandbaby down to meet Uncle/Aunt and Gma/Gpa. We made great memories! Our son actually married his girlfriend in a small family wedding on the patio! It was still a bit chilly for the pool, but we sure loved the heated spa! Questions answered promptly and owner even went out of their way to reunite us with some personal pillows were left behind. The only negative we had was showers. The master has a very narrow opening with a large step up to enter. If you are well built/rounded it is a tight squeeze. I am rounder with a bad hip, and thought no problem I will just use the main bath shower. That tub/shower actually sat below floor level. So with no grab bars was a bit dangerous for me. Perhaps adding some bars and even taking out one row of glass blocking in master bath would make access to shower easier and safer. If not for those issues 5 stars out of 5!!

Summary: Sisters trip - 6 of us. The house was comfortable, clean and nicely appointed. We especially enjoyed the large hot tub that we could all fit - with room. And the big comfy couch we could all gather on at the end of the day to chat. The neighborhood was so quiet and completely safe. We loved it for our gathering but would have been super great for kids and families too with a fun "game" room in the garage. Communication was fast and courteous. We loved the Tucson area and will likely stay here again.

Summary: You can tell the owners have worked hard to make this property comfortable and fun. The house is fully stocked with anything you might need. The owners communication is timely and they are very accommodating. 10/10 will stay again!

Summary: My sister's and I came out for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time period very relaxing. Spent a lot of time in-and-out of the pool and hot tub. The owners were quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and teas and coffee. And lots of towels in the bathrooms.

Summary: This property was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was private and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and baking. The coffee selection provided was excellent. The house had more than enough blankets, sheets, towels etc. If we are back in the area we will stay here again.

Summary: The house was immaculate and had everything you could want in a family vacation home. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, both were very clean, at the perfect temperature and not overly chlorinated, but just right. Highly recommended!
