Summary: Lovely hotel, really friendly welcoming staff on reception. The hotel is in a fab location for visiting Manchester. The room was nice wth a great bathroom.

Summary: I stayed at Heathcote in Manchester, and while the staff were really lovely and always ready to help, I did have some issues. The heating was a problem I had to ask several times to get the radiator on and the mattress wasn’t very comfortable either. I think with some improvements, it could be a much better experience, but for now, it was a bit disappointing

Summary: Staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was a very reasonable price and we felt like we got excellent value. Room was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. No faults, it was an excellent stay.
