Summary: I stay at this hotel every time I come to Ridgefield for a concert. I'm usually here at least five times a year and I've always had great experiences and the staff is usually wonderful. Unfortunately this stay was not the same as the past. Staff was very rude and short with us. Customer service was absolutely terrible the rooms weren't very clean. Our balcony was absolutely disgusting and we are locked out of our room halfway through the second day as they tried charging the same card they did for the first night for the second night even though we told them we are paying with two different cards for the two different nights , communication was terrible. We even called up and asked for some extra blankets on the first night and they told us they didn't know if they had blankets for us. There was three of us in the room and there's only two towels. I called down and asked for extra towels as well and they would only bring us two when I asked for three extra. I have been coming here for years and unfortunately with this stay I think I will be looking for a different lodging for the future.

Summary: Amazing lodge! The chef at the restaurant should be praised since everything was so delicious. The pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent. The shower was incredibly spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. Loved my stay!
