Negative: Nothing. Everything was great! The apartment has AC in the back, which was a great help during the 80-90F weather! Super secure with three locks to the building and apt.
Summary: Wonderful stay and location! Everything you would want is there.

Positive: The locations is VERY central. The owners went out of their way: Bottle of red wine and snacks on arrival, met me to carry luggage, drove me to the station on departure, attended to various glitches very speedily, property is very spacious.
Negative: The property needs a serious 'facelift' - which is apparently planned but not helpful if staying for 2 weeks; dishwasher rickety, washing machine always had brown water in it .. while they both worked, they should have been cleaned and repaired - which happened after a couple of days. Oven was dirty and didn't work, was repaired, gas cooker not working, and was reinstated. Observations: v small bathroom for a large flat with potentially many guests. It might be useful if owner placed instructions in flat for how to use machinery (white stuff), rubbish collections and wifi, TV use etc. etc. It took a few days to get sorted.

Positive: Great central location and very spacious and clean apartment that had everything needed and more for our stay. Nice and close to great food options. Really appreciated the extra little touches provided as we were in Bydgoszcz over Christmas: gingerbread cookies, milked fruit drink as well as coffee and tea.
Negative: Only downside was access, a little bit difficult with large suitcases.
