Positive: Remote and quite location in the middle of a horse farm. Good central location for activities near the South Coast. This 2 bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a house. The kitchen was well equipped.

Negative: Had difficulty getting timely communication on access to the house and directions to this location was not clear. This 2 bedroom apartment is located at a separate site from the Hekla Adventures single apartments location. From Vallarvegur, turn onto the road Porunupur towards Efra-Hvolshellar. Some lightbulbs were not working in the living room and kitchen. The shower is very small. Expect flies in the house as you are staying on a horse farm.

Positive: Beautiful house with wonderful views, kitchen is well stocked with common ingredients (olive oil, salt pepper). a short drive in from town (5-10 minutes) on gravel road. Owners have 2 friendly dogs who were very delightful
