Positive: I liked that they offered my dad the room on the ground floor, when they saw he used a cane to walk. And that room was very nice also. The room was just like the photos and what the hotel offered.

Negative: Me and my husbands room was another story. It was an isolated room apart from the hotel, with no working TV and no internet . The staff member apologized and gave us a small reimbursement and when I asked if he had another room , he said they were all full ( understandable) .

Positive: Room size was perfect and bathoroom with tub and shower. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very kind and friendly. Amazing hotel that I recommend!

Positive: the hotel itself was fine.

Negative: the beds were very noisy everytime I moved they would rattle. We stayed because we had an early flight the next day and we didn't want to drive through the night. I reserved the hotels private transportation to take me to the airport at 3am. The driver never came. I had to physically walk out in Comayagua and hail a cab. there are not a lot of taxis are that time. my advice: don't stay here if you are coming from Tegucigalpa, it's best to drive through the night.
