Positive: Clean room. The location is about 15 min walk to the metro station where we can take the train to the airport. The receptionist is very helpful and in providing information.

Negative: The shower door and shower head need replacement. Most guests have to slam the doors to close it, making a lot of noise.

Positive: The attitude of staff is great! And feel like very safe and comfortable for the 24-7 reception. The location is also very nice.

Negative: The light and the air conditioner are broken in the first night room
