Summary: The property is well located and the staff was amazing. Staff could not do enough to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants as well as spas.

Summary: They were super friendly and helpful, we had an awesome stay, this was a first time for me, but my husband and daughter have stayed here twice before, if we plan a trip to Baden Baden again, we will for sure stay here definitely

Summary: Location for access the spa town and festival is great. The property is way beyond old to be renovated. Carpets were so worn ugly and dirty. Furniture and closet were so basic not even to put on some new paint! Breakfast was great with many varieties. The hairdrier is not working. The worst part is with such hot weather, there was no air conditioner . The room is too hot to sleep and room fan was incredibly loud that it has to be turned off. At least they can spend a little bit money on new fans which are not noisy!

Summary: Excellent place to base yourself when exploring the Black Forest. Baden-Baden itself it very beautiful but the train connections to Strasbourg and other Black Forest places are amazing!

Summary: Wonderful staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was spacious and air conditioned. Note that not all rooms have air conditioning. Breakfast was included and was the best we’ve had. Even included champagne. Location was perfect—convenient to everything.
