Other Things to Note:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. This is no where near this condo!
***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is no where near this condo.
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 35 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are allowed only during special event weekends and are subject to the same rate as cars. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.

Summary: This is our second time staying at Maravilla, and we love it here! This unit has the PERFECT view of the main pool and the ocean! Donna, the host, was great at communicating throughout to see if we needed anything as well as offering additional info we might need. We will definitely be back!

Summary: The front facade was under construction when we arrived and there was some unsightly trash left near the elevator that went up to our room. That is literally the only bad things I can say about the experience. The room was in excellent condition. Very clean. The patio had a nice view of the pool and the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The trash we observed was picked up very shortly after we came upon it. The pool was clean. We had an excellent time. The host was great at communicating and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the check in and check out seamless.
