Summary: The room was large, clean and comfortable. The suite was well equipped. The hotel is older but nicely updated. The only downside was the soundproofing - if you need a very quiet room, this is not the place. But the location, comfort, size and affordability made up for the noise.

Summary: We booked a king studio for a week, which we did last year as well. This year’s room feels much smaller and quite crowded, so we feel that we have been downgraded from what we were charged. The stairs are an issue for me as well, which is recent due to a hip problem which I’m experiencing. We requested a king studio earlier this week but were told nothing else is available. We are here with a few others for an annual family gathering. The staff have tried to be helpful, the bathroom is very good, and the main room is definitely clean and attractive, just feels quite cramped. We are still hoping to be able to move to a roomier suite with no stairs after the weekend.
