Positive: - It's located in a quiet and nice neighbourhood and close by there are train, tram and buss stations - It's very easy to get to and from the airport as well as the centre of the city - The check-in instructions were clear and provided on time - The host was quick to respond to messages - The apartment is as shown on the pictures, it has a good wifi and the big TV is excellent - The appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, etc...) were working and in good condition - Generally the apartment was clean

Negative: - As another reviewer wrote, when checking in there was a strong washing powder aroma. Maybe this can be avoided if the cleaner person opens the windows while cleaning - The fridge had some food left

Positive: It was a excellent location for visiting Helsinki. Public transport nearby , train tram and bus.Direct train to the airport. Nice quiet and green neighborhood. A supermarket not far away.

Positive: Easy and fast communication with the owner. The apartment was clean, had good WiFi, furniture was a bit old-fashioned but it gives another value. Place on balcony for 2 persons with coffee or wine glass. Some restaurants are within walking distance. Be careful about check-in time - you can check in at any time, but tell it to the owner since the main entrance locker code is working only till 19:00, and if you check in after this time you need to agree with the owner about an alternative key receiving (what is easy to agree). Location out of city center makes it easy accessible by car.

Negative: In the apartment on check-in was a strong washing powder aroma (which is in general good of course ) but it was easily and fast removed by window opening.

Positive: We liked the location of the apartment and the quiet neighborhood. And that there were 2 separate rooms, balcony and a big kitchen. In general, I'm glad that we got to the apartment at all, because at first it seemed that we would have to find another place to stay, because we couldn't contact the owner in time.

Negative: It is difficult to contact the host in time because the mobile phone number was unavailable all the time, it is possible to contact only through the booking chat. Looks better in pictures than in reality. Clean bedding was not available, the apartment did not appear to have been properly cleaned as there was hair left in the bathroom and the floor felt sticky. Also there is no hairdryer, although it was written that there should be.

Negative: There was no duvet covers or pillow cases anywhere at the apartment. Only sheets to cover the mattresses.
