Summary: The Japanese restaurant service needs improvement. We were told on Sunday the buffet price was 278/ person, the next day would be 248/person. We came in the next day, Monday, we were refused service because it’s 8:40pm by 2 young girls. Then another woman told us we could eat there but we can only order once and the price is 278/person except lady customer. Internet is very slow and needs to be reconnected every day (sign in). You also need a China mobile number to sign in to the internet. The swimming pool doesn’t belong to the hotel. It’s a public pool outside the hotel. The hotel is clean and quiet.

Summary: It was clean and the staff were all kind. I stayed for a week and it was really comfortable. But the hotel is too big and the structure is difficult. I had a hard time finding a Chinese restaurant. I wish I could just mark it well.

Summary: I have stayed here many times and the hotel is quiet and clean with a 24 hour McDonalds attached to the property. The breakfast buffet is good as well as the coffee. The Japanese restaurant is excellent

Summary: Hotel room is big and clean, located right next to a mall, with restaurants nearby. Hotel staff provided excellent service, especially 小叶, the concierge. He was exceptionally helpful and very friendly. A big thank you to 小叶 for his help.

Summary: Acceptable standard based on relatively low price compare to hotels around. Room is clean and acceptable. Breakfast is poor - even it is included in the booking I have to eat somewhere else. Sound proof is so-so, can hear people talking in the corridor clearly.
