Positive: Breakfast Was great. Location Was ok.

Negative: The lift was not Working. The beds were small. Bathrooms small as well. Furniture looked old. There was no water in the bathroom.

Positive: Room is very spacious. Ample space to store clothes and luggage. Breakfast is great too. And WiFi works well in the restaurant.

Negative: The shower has 2 outlets. The top fixed which was OK, and the flexible pipe with tap- this didn't work. Water wouldn't come out. The white plastic tip was clogged with visible dirt. Even after cleaning it, water wouldn't come out. No kettle in room- but after asking for it, we got it. 😃 Hairdryer doesn't exist in this hotel. Not even from reception- we thought they'd possibly have one on request, but said that Kenyans don't use it, so.... WiFi in room was terrible. Dinner service was extremely slow, even after ordering same dish for 3 ppl to make sure it wouldn't be a hassle and time consuming.

Summary: Huge rooms and great breakfast.

Positive: We loved how kind and friendly the staff was!

Negative: We stayed two different times, we got a hard bed the first time. Then we up graded hoping for a better bed, no it was really firm too! Shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Positive: Breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staf overall excellent. Location was quite accessible, and room was kept very clean.

Negative: There was a renovation / new construction work going on, which caused some disturbance. Also the hot shower was either very hot or very cold - not easy to use.
