Positive: Our staying was good, we are satisfied with it, even if we did not stay in hotel Henry but in a partner hotel next to it (called Delight). Anyway we could access all the facilities (restaurants, pools, beaches etc.) in both the hotels (Henry and Delight). Food and all the structures were good level, and staff was very kind. Very good value for money.
Negative: We did not stay in Henry hotel, the day before our arrival we got a message where we were told that we would have stayed in their partner hotel next to Henry, called Delight. And no explanations in this message. Only when there, and after our questions, we were told there were technical problems (not specified). Even if Delight hotel was good, you could see Henry hotel was higher level. Not sure why, through Booking Henry told that our bank card could not be accepted because they need a credit card and not a debit card. No where it was written they need a credit card, and they told this just a few hours before our arrival. At the end they accepted the debit card and got the money (without any replies to our questions), but still in Booking they left the message that they cannot accept the bank card. The light in the mirror of the bathroom was broken, and never replaced during our staying (although we asked for it). We always had to use the one connected with the ventilator (causing noise every time we turned it on).

Positive: We had an excellent stay at Henry hotel. Everything was perfect—from the clean and comfortable rooms to the friendly and professional staff. The service exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere made I feel relaxed and welcome. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Negative: Out of the season you go for indoor pool and the water was ice cold and they refused to warm it up. Restaurant food was ice cold too.
