Summary: Very clean, newer rooms. Would stay again for the price(<$100). TV is new, internet reliable. Outside of that, not much amenities(gym, pool etc) - hence if <$100 it's a solid hotel. For >$100, I'll prob stay where there's a gym/pool/much more convenient location(this is in downtown away from all the stores/shops).

Summary: Room was clean and AC worked well. There was no clerk upon check-out so I wasn't able to get a receipt for my stay. A sign says I would get one via email. Its a day later and still have not received.

Summary: This hotel doesn't have a pool, a fountain in the lobby or a restauarant but if you want a clean, quiet comfortable stay at a great price this is the place.

Summary: Just a overnight stay. This hotel is in a very convenient location with excellent parking. This hotel is a refurb of what used to be one of the finest hotels in Quincy. They are still in the process but if they continue the process it will regain status of one of the best. Thank you for your excellent service and attention to the little things that add to comfort and security.

Summary: They are going through a remodel. I could not get a late check in. My cell phone died and I was unable to call the number posted on the window. No phone in rooms. I was told its because everyone has cell phones now. No maid service and I was locked out of my room due to a defective key card. We spent more time waiting to get in to the hotel then actually being there. The whole time we were there there were 3 staff members.

Summary: Heritage Hotel is a very nice place recently opened near the Quincy riverfront. Despite its reasonable price it was full of upscale comfort and amenities. My room was quiet, spotless & even luxurious. The bed & pillows were very comfortable, towels were plush. Fridge and microwave. Everything worked, everything was clean. Free breakfast too although I missed it. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
