Summary: After two stays at this property I find the staff very accommodating and the restaurant excellent. The upkeep off the property is sadly lacking.

Summary: Disappointed that the Hot tub was closed and will remain so. Great staff, though. The Shepards’s Pie wasn’t great, but it was decent.

Summary: At check in we were informed that our room might not have been cleaned, which was late in the evening. First offered us to downgrade our room at no discount, then offered a “suite”. After accepting the suite they then didn’t actually know if someone might have been staying in that room and had to go confirm that nobody was occupying it. The suite was nothing special at all, looked like a just a regular room with king bed. Bed was not comfortable and had terrible sleep.
