Summary: It was ok. I’d stay again if it was just an over night. Lack of pool or hot tub is a turn off. It fell a bit old school but for the price it was clean and the staff were professional.

Summary: The hotel was fairly clean staff was friendly. I didn't stay very long. It was a overnight trip, but the free breakfast in the morning was a nice touch

Summary: I chose this hotel because it was cheap and close to the airport and my event venue. Check in was slow as the workers seemed unsure of what they were doing. There was no water but it resumed about an hour after checkin. The $250 deposit seemed excessive. Breakfast was included in the price and it was good, better than most self-serve hotel breakfasts. Room was clean and comfortable, although there was no closet in my room to hang coats and keep shoes. One thing they don't tell you is that management here has LOCKED OUT their union employees for over 600 days! Despite multiple court rulings in the union's favour, management refuses to honour them, preferring to pay low wages and no benefits to part-time workers. They want to break the union. IF you support unions, good wages and benefits that WE ALL benefit from, think twice before staying here. I felt bad after learning this information from workers on the picket line.

Summary: We were here for a quick night for rest between long days of driving. Room was clean, beds were okay. Shower was hot. Pretty much all we needed!

Summary: Was shocked to see that the locked out staff was still locked out after more than a year...did not know that. Rooms need some LTC...bathroom fan in 507 is epically toast and needs to be replaced. Halls are dark overall...should definitely be addressed. Beds and food were good however.

Summary: Was disappointed - our key wouldn't work, and we were at the farthest end from lobby - three times I had to go down and try new keys. They finally came up and said it was the lock itself. Moved us to a new room at 9:30. The pillows were horrible. They were so large we had use the decorative pillows so our necks weren't kinked in the morning. Air condition was so loud it took forever to get to sleep and our room was hot. Couldn't open the window - sirens and loud vehicles were going all night. The front desk guy was very nice and helped with the key situation.

Summary: We were here for a concert. Our room was good. They even gave us an upgrade.
