Positive: We will definitely stay there again.
Negative: The carpets need to be cleaned
Summary: We love the convenience of having a restaurant at on site. We would like to stay in the courtyard next time though.

Positive: The bed was comfortable enough and it was relatively quiet. The pool area looked nice.
Negative: No breakfast. Rooms were worn down. Layout was confusing. Corridors running all over the place. Didn't get the room we paid for. Supposed to get a room off the pool area, but we were told none left, even though that's what we booked and paid for. Then we were told that not all the rooms had gotten cleaned that day so that's why it wasn't available.

Positive: We tried a different room than we normally book, with the junior king and were surprised with how quiet it was. We were nervous because it is an inside room with a window to the hallway, but we did not have any issues with hallway noise. We also enjoyed the jetted tub.
Negative: The breakfast has been getting worse and worse each time we stay. This time was the worst so far and I am hoping it doesn't get worse. Lack of options, lack of items being stocked and about the cheapest paper plates money can buy.

Positive: The rooms are always clean and great!
Negative: The 2nd time that no towels were at the pool and the hot tub jets were not working. Also the fitness area could use a little love. I asked for the water to be replaced and got told ok and after an hour of working out still no water. So just a few things on the facilities side.
