Summary: Dbl. queen bed… and comfortable. spotlessly clean. No amenities yet there is microwave, frig , TV (did not use) and coffee pot ( drip type.) with filters…bring your own coffee. Very clean bathroom with tub/shower. Hot water take a few moments to run and warm up… after that it’s fine. Water from faucet hard so bring your own water.. food drinking for the regional comparison of costs…very reasonable and strictly ( for) sleep and reading space quiet. Over all::B+

Summary: Quiet little place that was cozy & quant. Loved that there was a table with chairs to sit at in the room & outside. Much more homelike feel than most hotels. Beds were loud just getting in & out of bed. Other than that great place to stay. If ever in the area again will definitely go back here.

Summary: The actual room was okay for what it was. It’s a booking at a motel that looks like a cabin, so it is as advertised. However, the hot water did not work in the sink, there was a slow leak in the shower and the water smelled… I didn’t want it on my hair or to use it to brush my teeth. Beds were comfortable enough but loud. A small amount of daylight could be seen through the bottom side of the door. Lock worked for both top and bottom lock, however the safety lock would not lock from inside the room, which caused some concern. Check in was non-existent. We booked “pay at property”, however we got to the property, so a sticky note on the door with our name, ‘cabin’ number and a phone number. We walked into the room to find it unlocked with one key on the table and a bill saying we had been charged. We never met or saw a staff member. Upon leaving, I called the number listed on the “note” and indicated that we were checking out, and that I’d leave the key and door, as we’d found it. I did get a call back, but when I answered, no one responded, nor did I get a voicemail. I also checked my credit card and was charged twice for my stay. Call was placed to the number on the receipt but has not been answered at the time of writing. Will update if they respond and fix this.

Summary: Very minimal as far as any amenities. The woman who was running the hotel was very nice. Good place for one or two guys to crash for a night visiting Cooperstown. I wouldn’t recommend a family

Summary: very nice family with a small motel. the room was comfortable and clean. very in the off season, the winter hot water took a while to get hot but once it did it was fine. i like staying at family owned places. close to where i needed to be.

Summary: The room was clean and cozy. The sink had no hot water, and the wi-fi did not work. I'd definitely stay again because my kids loved it, and the setting is lovely.
