Summary: Rooms were very unclean and dirty. It had bed bugs in the first room we checked in and we had to change rooms in which bathrooms were dirty. Breakfast buffet was good! Staff was accommodating to change the rooms but still the rooms were untidy

Summary: The staff was pleasing and polite. The room was clean and well kept. The bathroom could have been bit more cleaner. They provided only soap as toiletries whereas toothpaste, toothbrush, shower cap etc were missing. Overall it was a good experience
