Summary: Facilities good

Summary: Everything was good except for the thin wall with gaps (windows). From the original design, it should be one big room but the owner divided it up to two rooms which the other end is a bigger window and the partition was not seal up properly with the window glass, leaving some gap there. You could hear the opposite room talking, sneezing, coughing and the phone ringing and vibrating the whole night. you can also smell the coffee they make in the morning... please do something about it. :(

Summary: It's a good hotel, worth the money. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were amazing, totally had the best sleep. The staffs were friendly and polite.

Summary: Staffs were helpful and friendly! Able to recommend food delivery at the hotel reception. Was rather out of the way, not centralised area of JB. Though its quiet and not much traffic around the area! Did not provide a tissue box and the tv had some problems with connecting.

Summary: Yes is clean and includes toiletries such as toothbrush n paste ... you need key card to access into the hotel. Your need to have car to move around that area.

Summary: Everything was great except the condition and cleanliness of bath towels and no tissues provided. Being only a 3 storeys hotel there are no lifts, so be prepared to climb stairs.
