Positive: Location, the host was very attentive to our requests and assisted us with suggestions and advice so we could enjoy the city. I highly appreciate that she always took into account the needs and safety of our family. Communication was always super easy. The building is really close to the beach if doing day trips to close islands, the fast boats leave from the beach right across the street. Very nice and welcoming staff within the building. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby 👍🏻
Negative: The building has a particular system of stairs to reach two different floors (I.e: 1 elevator stop for floor 12-14 and a small flight of stairs to go up or down accordingly) and it might be difficult for someone with reduced mobility or when handling big suitcases. The pool is open at not very convenient times if you want to relax at the end of the day 😒😞 This is obviously beyond the owners control.
Summary: Good location if you want to enjoy a quiet beach.
