Positive: This is a large extraordinarily well located house on Lake Michigan north of Saugatuck. We brought our food but the kitchen is reasonably well equipped with cookware and spices. The location is ALL THAT MATTERS. It is fantastic. 60 steps down from the deck you are at a gorgeous outlook on the beach. 10 more steps and you are on the Lake.
Negative: Cellular serice is non-existent, so that is a challenge, though there is a landline. There were some broken window locks and door locks so some of the windows were kept closed and some of the doors were unusable. Living spaces are large and reasonably well appointed and clean
Summary: Great location on the Greatest great lake right near Saugatuck and the dunes.

Positive: The private beach was beautiful. The home was spacious and had a very nice dining room table for the whole group to enjoy. I really did enjoy the spacious home.
Negative: hey do need to paint, fix their windows and doors. It was very difficult to shut the windows and to open the door.
Summary: It was a great stay with wonderful people.
