Positive: We had an amazing stay at Christian’s beautiful 300-year-old apartment in Vienna. From the very beginning, Christian impressed us with his attention to detail and his accommodating nature regarding check-in and check-out times. He was extremely welcoming and took the time to give us a detailed tour of the apartment, sharing the fascinating history behind it and the stunning artwork that reflects its heritage. The apartment itself offered breathtaking views, and its location made it incredibly convenient to access public transportation and explore the city. Our family truly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Positive: The nicest apartment I've stayed in Vienna in the last 20 years (I go twice a year). For being well outside the city, it is very convenient. Walk 3 minutes down to the local cafes (excellent) and the bus stop - the bus is 5 mins from the U4 station which is 13 minutes direct to Karlsplatz in the center -- also the same direct line to the Schoenbrunn stop. The apartment itself had everything we could possibly need - a parking spot out front, coffee for the whole trip, a lovely bottle of local wine, local juice etc. All appliances (more than we needed) in an ultra modern kitchen -- when was the last time you stayed in an apt with Miele appliances? Christian, the owner, is a lovely man: not old, but old-school Viennese. Grinzing (the area it is in) is beautiful and the local produce/wine is famous for its quality. The pictures in listing are really not adequate -- it is far nicer, and far larger than it appears. A wonderful stay in my favorite city.

Positive: Although not a central city location we found this was a great location for our visit to Wien. The apartment is close ie walking dystance to restaurants and countryside. We loved the spacious and comfortable apartment, well equipped kitchen and modern and well appointed bathroom facilities. Everything worked well for our family group. Plus, the on site parking is a great bonus.

Positive: Huge and beautiful comfortable apartment with everything you need for a family (a/c for summer, laundry facilities, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & 2 WC, well stocked kitchen, free parking). Well decorated and with an amazing view as well!
Negative: Nothing! Not a problem for us and our kids, but there are quite a lot of precious paintings around the house. I can see some families may have a bit of a challenge protecting the paintings depending on their kids' ages and carefulness.

Positive: This home is just magical. Looking out over the hills of Grinzing, this apartment was really roomy, spotlessly clean and exceptionally well appointed. Our host, Christian, was gracious, always available and even left us a wonderful gift package upon arrival! The area is pristine, quiet and ideal for a wonderfully relaxing time in this upscale, verdant area of Vienna. The Wi-Fi works great and is super fast, and there is a flat-sceen TV in the bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want, and all washrooms came with their own toiletries and hairdryers. Cleaning products, just everything. Not that you would need those because the house was, as said, sparkling clean. 100% would recommend to absolutely anyone.

Positive: We know Vienna quite well and we came to attend a ceremony. Grinzing is an upper class residential area and the place where the most typical “Heurigen” are located. The apartment is spacious, confortable and has been fully renovated in a tasteful way. Christian waited for us late in the evening to handle the keys, showed us the apartment and left local and fresh products for breakfast. Everything was perfect!!! We will come again for sure!
