Summary: The check-in is in the castle, but our room was in a different building and the check-out is in the breakfast building. Although a bit far from Stockholm city, it is nevertheless easily reachable by metro/local train

Summary: Great service. I mistook the time breakfast closed by one hour, but the staff helped me get breakfast anyway.

Summary: Room was really small which makes it difficult to move in when couple offer small belongings are placed on the floor. But mostly, i did not like the fact that it shows totally different pictures on hotel.com while making the booking. I just chose the room by looking at the picture but was not impressed when entered the room Cox it was booked for some special occasion. Location wise best place to stay in summer if one chose the right room type.

Summary: AC didn’t work, and there are no laundry facilities for guests, but I’m finding that’s a problem in the entire country of Sweden! Asked three different people for towels, and finally had to follow the third person to get them.

Summary: We had 2 bedrooms in one of the two outbuildings. It is wonderfully quiet towards the park, unfortunately not towards the road. The furnishing is refreshingly exceptional, which we liked very much. However, the beds are extremely soft. Breakfast was very good. You can reach the centre of Stockholm in 30 minutes by train.

Summary: We had a bit of an effort to find the hotel. GPS put us nearby (at a traffic circle with six exits). I was considering calling the hotel and asking them to send up a flare, however we asked someone at the gas station and found the hotel. (hint - take the darkest exit from the circle [where the train runs] go one block and take first left and another left shortly thereafter. The hotel is quite nice. It was built in the 1600's. It is a charming place. Do not miss seeing the garden plots behind the hotel. The room was fine. There is a nice bar and lounge. Included Breakfast was great. (Had dinner at the Thai restaurant nearby - was good.) They advertise 20K to the airport when it is actually 40K. We arrived late at night and were shown to the room which is in a separate building. We each had a big roller bag but my wife was not offered assistance. Overall there is good value and a welcomed change from the cookie cutter mid priced hotels.

Summary: Lovely, peaceful castle hotel. Recommended if you have a car to access town. It seems like an ideal place for meetings and events for small to medium sized groups.
