Summary: Very clean, centrally located, and well-appointed hotel in a spectacular setting. We had some issues at check in, but I think it was an unusual situation. The family apartment we stayed in was lovely. My only complaint was that with the current extreme heatwave in Germany, there was no reprieve in the heat for sleeping. If there were fans in the rooms or screens on the windows, we would have slept better.

Summary: Really spectacular! Great breakfast, great front desk. Parking was a problem, but hey, it’s an old walled city. It’s not their fault. And the value and staff made up for the parking.

Summary: Wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and available. The rooms were clean, towels and linens great. Breakfast was excellent in the hotel restaurant. The only surprise was that parking cost extra. Even parking on the street had a fee. Still a great place. I will go there again next stay.
