Positive: The living space was good and comfortable. Comfy beds.

Negative: The shower in the main bedroom needs updating. Kitchen equipment needs updating and adding to. Such as big bowls for salad and oven dishes .

Summary: A pleasant place for our party of 6 with spaces living areas and fantastic views.

Positive: Absolutely fabulous views and a great house if you need 5 bedrooms. A short drive into Santiago when the direct road reopens but it is currently 20 minutes via the motorway.

Negative: We needed the heating on ;it was necessary to contact the owners and negotiate with them to turn it on - they are difficult and sent a screen grab showing that they thought the house was 21 degrees when it was 12degrees outside. Shower stops working completely if someone does the washing up. Swimming pool tiny and not cleaned at all. A lot of glasses / crockery locked away - which felt very unwelcoming . Dangerous and ancient dishwasher. Needs to be improved.

Summary: Felt that we were tolerated as interlopers. Not really set up for commercial renting.

Positive: Spacious and so comfortable - the pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Easy access to Santiago on bus. Had everything needed for a relaxing stay.

Positive: Everything was absolutely perfect, exceptional value for money, pool was amazing, so much space and amazingly clean. We had absolutely no complaints we were exceptionally comfortable for the whole stay

Negative: Could have used a tea towel in the kitchen for drying dishes etc, that's all I can think of!
