Positive: I was traveling with my sister, HH Villa caught our eye when looking online! But, its far better in person! The villa is beautiful, cozy and well maintained. Our host Esther was exceptional. She was so professional, very resourceful and helpful. She went far and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, really felt like home, we didn’t want to leave! Esther, keep up the great professionalism, I will definitely come back in future. Thank you for making my first time in Malindi unforgettable.

Positive: To be honest--- WOW! I felt value from arrival to departure. The area is in Malindi but still has a way to maintain its own calm and private natural feel. VERY PRIVATE I should repeat and worth the feel of it. Secure and still very accessible from the town center for supplies and interaction with the culture.
Negative: Not a flaw but my partner and I like cooking - the necessary amenities (pans and pots etc.) would be a positive addiction for freaks like us who cook on holiday. But that is on a light note, who cooks on holiday?
Summary: Impeccable - I am definitely going back!

Positive: Beautiful place, I like how traditional Swahili villas look like. The place outside for eating and drinking coffee, the swimming pool makes this place even more interesting for me. Good service, you will have a caretaker from morning to evening and security guard at night. The owner was responsive and sweet and shared with me the extension and grill. Good choice if you like being out. It's not very close but still not so far from the beach. Make sure you'll visit a very good new restaurant just 3min from home (next to the gas station) with incredible service and very tasty dishes for affordable prices, and you won't need to cook on your vacation anymore. I will recommend this place for someone who needs a swimming pool, like to stay more out, because you can rest in a veranda or gazebo etc with an incredible view. For better comfort inside choose an apartment or try half vocation here and half somewhere else with TV and other stuff if you can.
Negative: A lot of spiders at home maybe the caretaker was new but the cleaning was awful, I had a lot of Airbnb before, even 3 times cheaper never had such a big problem. Feels like no one was waiting for us and last cleaning was 1 week ago. Also a big problem with ants, they are just everywhere in the kitchen. I believe they will fix it soon. Very small uncomfortable electric cattle I wish it could be at least 1 liter. Not even a small table, I saw it in the next villa but we weren't lucky, the house has such a beautiful veranda but to eat you have to cross half of the territory with your food to the place with a table if it not busy for other people, it very easy to fix, I believe they will do.
Summary: Good Swahili villa if you like it - try this one.
