BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and two bathrooms on the upper level. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

COMMUNITY POOL: The community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day! If your stay falls within that period, you will have access to the community pool which is conveniently located a 5-minute walk down the road. Pass is required.
NOTE: This property is located near the Fort Collins train line which run through downtown. The train is part of the history and economy of Fort Collins and is an integral part of what Fort Collins is today. The train may be heard occasionally during your stay.

Summary: The property seemed nice but we found moldy coffee in the coffee maker. The whistle on the freight trains in the middle of the night was the worst of the noise offenders but the cement saws and jack hammers at 8 am were also annoying. We came for a graduation at CSU but while we were rushing out the door we realized that the sliding door lock did not work. remembering that one of the neighbors mentioned that there were several burglaries in the neighborhood lately made us nervous to leave with an unlocked door. I rushed to the Home Depot to get a dowel to wedge the door closed. I barely made it to the graduation which made for a very stressful stay. I would have been better off renting a place at half the price and driving an hour to the graduation.
