Enjoy a stay at this contemporary mountain home downtown! With 3,500 square feet and four bedrooms, up to 8 guests can visit and experience all that Ketchum has to offer.
With all new construction, this beautiful home is the perfect location for all your Sun Valley adventures. Light and bright, comfortable and warm, you'll love this space. Just a short walk to everything you need, the home is located just two blocks East of Ketchum Town Square where all the best restaurants and bars are.
The entry is on the second floor with access to the garage and master bedroom with a King size bed and full bathroom. The first level has one room with a King size bed and another room with two Queen size beds conjoined by a Jack and Jill bathroom. There is a large living/sleeping area on the same floor with four convertible sleeper couches that can be used as additional queen beds. We have added a new addition off the downstairs living room, another bedroom! This new room features a trundle bed to sleep 2 people and a giant barn door that opens up the living room. Often given the name "Kids Room" this space is multi use. This room also has a separate full bathroom attached.
The third floor features the kitchen as well as the outdoor deck. The home is great for large groups allowing for time together but also time to separate.
Hidden Gem is great for vacations at any time of year with many activities around the area! In the summer, Baldy Mountain is a great hiking destination with one of the best restaurants (Round House) that you can hike or take the gondola to. Stanley is great for Water rafting adventures, camping and horseback riding. During the winter, skiing and snowboarding are most popular activities at Dollar Mountain & Baldy Mountain. Dollar Mountain has a great ski school program for the little ones. Penny Lane is down the street for sledding and Sun Valley Village is growing with new restaurants and shopping. Newly renovated - Sun Valley Lodge is known for their skating rink, bowling alley and spa.

This is out of our control and the home is not responsible for surrounding noises, street closures, and/or limited street parking. Instead, we would rather forewarn potential renters of possible construction that may cause a disturbance.

Summary: Terrific location—walkable to restaurants and stores, easy access to bike trails, quiet neighborhood. Loved the floor plan that allowed space for our three generation family visit. Garage allowed for easy bike storage. Lovely deck with beautiful views for family meals. Internet covered our connectivity needs. Summary: This home was perfect for our family. Located on a quiet back street near down town Ketchum, just two blocks from the bus to the slopes. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops. The house is clean, wonderful light and views in the living room, with comfortable beds and the communication with the manager was great. The only thing our family missed was a fire place. It was our first time to Sun Valley and this was a great first time experience. Thank you.

Summary: We have been going to Sun Valley for almost 10 years. During that time we have stayed at multiple properties throughout the area. Without question, this home is perfect in every way! Located just blocks from downtown Ketchum, it is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. The location is one of its greatest features. Add to this, a beautifully decorated and equipped property - and the capacity for multiple families and children. . .it simply cannot be beat! This is "one in a million". . . can't wait to return!!

Summary: This Sun Valley house is a families dream. We had six adults and 2 children, the house was able to accommodate us all with amazing amenities. You are one block from the town so you are able to walk to your favorite shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back and look forward to many more amazing trips to Sun Valley.

Summary: This property surpassed our expectations! As a family of four traveling with my siblings and their families, it was the perfect set up for us. The kitchen is great for gathering and family meals. There are all the coffee machine options, keurig, Nespresso and traditional pot coffee (which is very important for us with early birds). Coffee is stocked too. The downstairs has been up graded with hard wood floors and the kids have their own space separate to the family room. Being able to walk out the door and a block away from restaurants, shopping and coffee shops was a huge plus. There is also a playground down the street so we spent a lot of time exploring on foot. The bike path to Sun Valley lodge is steps away so we were able to bike with the kids and be there within 15 minutes. We enjoyed our time and look forward to returning! Thank you for a great stay!
