Summary: Clean, modern, well equipped unit. Complex pool practically in the back yard, which was an advantage of this ground floor unit. Easy access to Seven Mile Beach and proximity of excellent dining options made it an excellent place to stay.

Summary: Good location. Beautiful place to stay. Was exactly as advertised. Short walk to snorkeling or scuba diving. Short drive to 7-mile beach. Kitchen is complete. Living room, bedrooms and bathrooms are well done. Manager and owner are great to work with and are very responsive. If we come back I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We were two couples staying for 10 days in this beautifully layed out condo. Condo was sparkling clean. The hosts Michele and Duncan, were quick to respond to any questions. Each bedroom has it's own complete bathroom, which is perfect for 2 couples. The pool and yard was well maintained. We enjoyed the pool after our day excursions on the island. We arranged a car rental for exploring the east side of cayman. The condo is in a great location (2 minute walk) for the Cracked Conch and Tiki Bar. The start of Seven mile beach is walkable (approximately 3 kilometers) but if you drive, the parking is good. Overall a great stay and highly recommend. Thank you!

Summary: Michele's condo is just the type of place we would have if we were to have a condo on Grand Cayman. It is in a complex that is a mix of vacation and full time residents -- not just all tourists. We really liked this mix. There are several restaurants, tourist attractions, and a SCUBA center just a block or two away, so we did not always need to drive to get to the tourist stuff when we wanted to. The fenced backyard / patio were an added bonus -- it gave us a private place to set out our SCUBA gear to dry after we had cleaned it.

Summary: We are a family of 4 came to Cayman for a scuba vacation. The condo was perfect for us. Great location. Clean. Close to diving and downtown but not so close that it was in Georgetown. Everything was as advertised. I would definately stay here again if we return to the island.

Summary: My family and I visited Grand Cayman and stayed at Michele’s property. Michele was such a nice host and very easy to communicate with. The instructions to get into the gated parking lot and into the condo using the code provided was easy to follow. The condo itself was very clean and the perfect size for a family of 4; it had a small yard for the kids to play outside. Michele’s post said to inquire first before booking if there are kids staying as the tables are glass and the couches are difficult to clean. I’m glad we did that before booking so we knew what to expect. We tried to ensure that we kept the furniture clean but with kids that’s sometimes difficult and something to keep in mind before booking with your young kids. The pool is right behind the condo which was convenient, but we only used it once as it wasn’t maintained as often as it should have been. West Bay is in a quieter location but just a short drive to SMB. We rented a car so it was easy to get around, but if you’re not renting a car it would not be the most convenient location. There is a Foster’s grocery store a few minute drive away where we purchased some essentials at the beginning of our stay. Overall, our stay was very nice and I would recommend it if you’re looking for a quieter stay and have a car to drive to any of the beaches in the area.

Summary: A great place on the north west side of the island, just .6 miles from Cemetery Beach (great snorkeling). It was a short walk to Dolphin Discovery, Cayman Turtle Center, and The Cracked Conch and Macabuca restaurants. The condo is only a few months old, so it was nice and clean. Gated access with a small pool. If you want to be in the thick of things, this may not be for you, but if you want to relax in a quiet place after a full day of snorkeling or scuba, you’ll love staying here. It was an easy drive to grocery stores and Camana Bay where it’s nice to walk around in the evenings and grab some ice cream. Michele was great to work with and provided all the information needed for an easy, comfortable stay.

Summary: My wife and I stayed at this property for 5 days. The condo is brand new (as pictured) and a part of the complex is in the last stage of construction (it looks like it will be fully done in about a month). All appliances, like the condo, were brand new and the mattresses were firm and comfortable. Both Duncan, the property manager, and Michele, the owner were responsive and easy to deal with. we had a problem with the gate opener and Duncan came quickly to our apartment to provide us a new one. A major plus is the location. It is a two minute walk from one of GC’s best restaurants and bar, the Cracked Conch. You can also go diving from that point. West Bay beach is only a two minute drive and it is beautiful and very quiet. Seven Mile Beach is less than 10 minutes and the airport is less than 20. There is also a supermarket that less than 5 minutes away. Many other restaurants are also very short drives. I would strongly recommend renting a car. Overall, I would most highly recommend this vacation rental.
