The property allows you to savor the seaside life in St. Barts. Recently constructed by the renowned St. Barth architectural design firm of Patrick Raffeneau, The Villa is an exceptional property both inside and out in two floors. The master bedroom and a second bedroom are upstairs, the two offers a magnificent view of the ocean. In the master enjoy privacy in its private terrace as well as from the full bathtub in the ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms and common living areas open onto the terrace and pool. The four bedrooms all have en-suite private bathrooms, with the added luxury of a bath, a steam shower and a small private deck to the main suite level. Sophistication and modernity are the watchwords of the aesthetic design, with carved hardwood furniture and high-quality fabrics.
The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with Miele and Whirlpool appliances. The galley with the second fridge and the electric wine cellar makes the Villa the ideal place to gather a large family or a group of friends.
