The ranch house is an adobe home located on a spacious 80 acre ranch. The house has lots of original charm and beautiful views of the Tumacacori mountains.

Summary: After reading the reviews we were intrigued by this property since it was so unlike our previous VRBO experiences. And it was very different in a very good way. It’s a older house on a working ranch. It’s not in a subdivision. There are cattle and wildlife and lots of open space and you’re pretty secluded. There are lots of birds, occasional javelinas, bobcats, owls and coyotes. It’s great. The house is clean and well maintained, and has all the things you’ll need. Tammy and Jim are the nicest hosts we’ve ever had at a rental — they meet you on arrival and get you situated, and if you need anything just call or text. The ranch is about 20 miles from Nogales and a little farther from Green Valley and Sahuarita where major grocery and other stores are. There’s a little grocery and pizzeria not far if you need something simple. There’s lots of hiking nearby and plenty of things to see and places to visit. We’ll be back.

Summary: This property is an absolute treasure! The views were perfectly serene. The accommodations were well maintained and met our every need and exceeded all expectations. The owners were warm and welcoming providing an excellent stay. Our only regret...we should have stayed longer!!

Summary: Our stay was perfect, exactly what was reflected on the listing. The kitchen was well equipped, the home was clean and inviting, the surrounding property was well maintained. Good experience all the way around.

Summary: Hosts greeted us at the gate with a tour and history of site. Overnights with spouse and daughter/son-in-law. Son visited with young children after afternoon running about and early dinner. Excellent location to access Nogales and Tumacacori Mission and Tubac. We did the Tumacacori-Tubac on foot via Anaz Trail. Spouse would add hair dryer to amenities.

Summary: We had our pup with us and he had a great time doing the zoomies in the front yard. We had a group of three coyotes that greeted us each morning and evening. Viewed a Vermillion flycatcher and a silly flycatcher and many more birds. Family of javelinas s couple mornings. We are runners and hikers, DeAnza trail nearby and running out front door is great. We loved our two weeks at Peachey ranch!!
