This charming ground floor condo (unit 212) located in a waterfront complex (**see unit site information below) has all the comforts of home without the stress! Our kitchen is fully equipped and stocked allowing you to save by preparing your own meals. Enjoy that first hot cup of coffee in the leisure of the dining area or outside on the deck (we provide a few starter supplies for tea or coffee but bring your favorite flavors with you).
The unit accomodates a total of 6 (4 Adults only). Sleep 6 using the queen-size bed in the bedroom, a comfortable sectional sofa with chaise with a queen size sleeper bed and finally a luxury inflatable queen mattress (linens provided). The expandable dining table seats 4 to 6 easily. We stock the bathroom with resort quality towels and all standard amenities including a hair dryer. We even provide a couple of beach towels in case you forgot your own.
We have flat-screen internet ready televisions in the living room and bedroom. There is also free high-speed internet access (password provided). Coin operated washers and dryers are located conveniently in the Jamaica Building (600) on the property.
Renters have access to the unit’s own covered parking space right outside the unit. It is labeled "212". Additional uncovered parking is also available .
You have access to two private pools in the complex for condominium owners/guests only. You will love the fact that you can bring your own food and drinks into this pool area (no glass please). There are gas grills under covered patios at both the large and small pools for your use along with lots of picnic table seating. You may access the complete condominium complex amenities which include several areas with gas grills and covered patios, a playground, outdoor shuffleboard, open fire pit (wood provided), a sand volleyball court and much more.
There is no lifeguard on duty so swim at your own risk. You agree to hold harmless owner for any and all liability related to the use of pools/swimming area.
There is great fishing right off of the upper deck of the boat slip or from the day dock! You can drop a line any number of places so please ask us about favorite spots. You can rent boats and/or jet skis from the Lake LBJ Resort and Marina or we can provide information about a private cruise on Lake LBJ.
In the mood for a day trip? Try:

• Hiking in Enchanted Rock (one hour)
• Shopping, eating, and drinking in Downtown Marble Falls (15 minutes)
• Many great Restaurants (Crazy Gals – comfort food, El Tapitio and Las Gorditas - Mexican, Bella Sera - Italian, Chili's - overlooking Lake LBJ; you might try the famous Blue Bonnet Cafe - diner style home cooking with lots of desserts to choose from!)

Summary: Great condo getaway with sandy beach access to the lake. Great outdoor areas to hang out. Access to the gas grills on the property made it easy to cook. Bluebriar park around the corner was an easy location to launch a trailer. Great communication from the hosts.

Summary: Owner was very responsive and the place was very clean and nice. Appliances and furniture was new. However the pics are a bit misleading. It does not have a lake view and it's quite a walk to the beach area. And you are not allowed to drive to the beach area. I like to paddleboard so proximity to the water was imprtant. It was a bit of a hassel having to carry everything so far. Also there is NO water view. Balcony is on ground level and faces a busy street and somebody's dingy backyard.

Summary: This condo was exactly as described. It was completely well stocked which was amazing for us since we cooked every meal in the condo and they had everything we needed to do so! The pull out couch was not comfortable enough for adults but was fine for kids. We will be back!

Summary: The White’s were in communication during the whole process. They were very welcoming in their emails and the little binder of what is expected was nice. The property was in overall great condition. The residents were friendly. The little beach was clean. The pools were clean and well maintained.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this property. Tropical hideaway has many amenities that are available for guests! The beach area is much larger than it appeared in the pictures and is only a short walk from the room. My family and I enjoyed both pools as well. In the room, it had the perfect amount of space for us. We did like how there was a curtain to separate the walkway to the bathroom from the rest of the room. We would definitely stay again!
