Positive: The property was easy to find, clean and quiet. The apartment was very spacious and the bathrooms were massive!
Negative: The furniture was a little worn, but nothing too serious.
Summary: Amazing stay, the whole apartment was great. Only 11 mins to universal studios which is a plus.

Positive: This property was more than what we expected. Very clean and secure. The owner had to assist us in getting access and he was very pleasant. The unit was located on the first floor which is great because I am disabled and have difficulty walking long distances. It has a fully equipped laundry room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. A fully stocked kitchen and a working ice maker on the refrigerator. Very quiet area with a nice semi private patio.
Negative: We did not get the welcome package until we had already arrived. The owner had to assist us in getting access but he was very pleasant and helpful. One of the televisions did not work and one window has a broken slide.
Summary: This was an excellent property that we would definitely recommend.
