Positive: I loved the swimming pool, it was a hot humid day and the pool was 100% excellent* I stayed in the room upstairs and really enjoyed the warm showers it is a very cozy home, The neighborhood was decent and very quiet at night* Thank You*
Negative: The full Bed mattress, when I tried to sleep in that room the mattress kept making me slip off the bed

Negative: How ran down the home was. It needs to be upgraded. We paid alot of money for something we thought was just alright. U can get better quality in Port Aransas for 500 a night. Sorry I wasn't impressed at all.

Positive: It was not too far from the beach. It was a convenient distance to the stores and shopping. We liked the gas grill out back
Negative: I am a germ-o-done. So when you say CLEAN!? I mean it needs to smell like Clorox and pine Saul! other issues like. Plus I am a RN so health and SANITATION IS VERY IMPORTANT : we are taking care of the dust and little flying bugs. We Bought cleaning supplies and repellent for that😎 we don't want to keep messaging to have someone come out and waste gas but we were not pleased. But we are not completely satisfied with how the house was presenting . Aesthetics is great.' The kids play area is okay and convenient for our little ones . BUT EVERYTHING WAS DUSTY and not wiped down. I used a whole Lysol can. That’s a health issue especially with little toddlers touching on things. So again we wiped their toys and sprayed the futon but didn’t let the little people lay on it. but there were several things we are finding as the day goes. Lots of dust (probably because the house has been sitting for a while. We have small children 1 autistic and other born premature with an immune so dust and dirt can and will make him sick and get cold like allergy symptoms. So we did some heavy cleaning as much as we could and wipe downs of furniture and toys they were playing with etc. Water pressure in upstairs bathroom wasn't good enough and it was spraying out on to the floor but we figured out how to rig it and tilt it so it won't spray out like that on to the floor. The stairs railing was filthy, they did not clean or dust. I have pictures but won’t share them all. We wiped those off too! The baby gate is not effective because our littles are smart and knew to go around and climb on stairs and it’s not carpet and one could seriously hurt themselves. We had flying ant like bugs on our bed upstairs last night and near the corner walls and bed was super hard and uncomfortable and middle dipped. . Again we made due. Pool Slide wasn't working because it was broke and driveway dips and we didn't get that information till AFTER WE BOOKED AND PAID almost $900!.

Positive: Such a great house. Lots of space for quality time as well a room to spread out for quiet time as well. It was a beautiful home. It was also decorated for the season. What a great touch!
Negative: The front door key code is not user friendly. Please include step by step instructions. Every time we tried to unlock the door - it took several attempts.
Summary: I would for sure stay here again & would recommend this location to others.
