Positive: Price was good, $1350 for 9 nights. Check-in overnight was easy. Nice big pool. Onsite cafe, and the reception has items to buy as well. I would stay with my caravan. I was working, leaving and returning after reception hours, so wasn't able to follow up with any issues I had, I feel confident the staff would have tried to fix any problems I did have.
Negative: I stayed in the lodge rooms, floors weren't mopped, bathroom wasn't adequately cleaned. Tea, coffee and milk weren't refilled over 9 nights stay. Wasn't able to access laundry. Poor lighting on pathways, had to use a torch to walk along pathways. Rooms in lodge area can be noisy, you can hear anyone coming and going, and if people are using the kitchen area, you easily hear people talking, also motor sports on some weekends. Light sleepers might be better off to upgrade.
Summary: Good value caravan park.

Positive: Had a powered campsite. Ablution block was clean and had good showers. Overall, the park is well maintained.
Negative: Site was a little small. I believe they have larger sites, so dimensions of sites in the booking section would have been nice, and enabled me to choose a larger site. $7 for a small load of washing??? I can't recall seeing a fee structure up anywhere, and you're forced to pay online - which is where you first find out the cost. At the time, 2/4 machines weren't working. Entrance gate needs to cater for trucks as well.
