Summary: Front desk staff was too good especially a guy on the name of Lawrence was unbelievably good. Staff attitude in the restaurant was terrible. Better restaurant better service needed there.

Summary: The staff, Charlene & Richard, were excellent with customer service. Both answered all my questions politely. The pool and hot tub were disappointing. It was clear the facilities need upgrading and the hot tub had green algae (?) on the outer side of the tub. The wall paper/paint was bubbled. The room was clean, but again there was signs of neglect and/or need of painting/wallpapering.

Summary: Has everything needed for a short ski stay. Walk to skiing and restaurant Some stuff getting dated. Nice hot tub. Sauna needs work and pool could be cleaner

Summary: We stayed there for the long weekend. It was pretty nice. We had amazing ski session on the slopes across the street. They have a nice continental breakfast where anyone can find something suitable. We were a group of 10 and it was great to have breakfast with a view in 2 out of 3 days. Kids enjoyed the pool which is open whole day 9 to 9 if I remember correctly. The heater had a problem but as soon as we announced the front desk they sent someone with a portable one to keep us cozy.

Summary: This hotel has a great location and would have great facilities if the pool and the hot tub were not so dirty. The rooms were nice and comfortable. The restaurant was not open because the hotel was not very busy. Not a big deal because it is only 5 min drive to the nearest town.
