Positive: It was clean and comfortable, with a usable kitchen. It was in walking distance to the centre of town.
Negative: The couch/sofa was in such bad condition we thought it must have come from the side of the road. The springs were dodgy and the upholstery was worn and torn in places. The TV had three remote controls but we couldn’t get it to work and there were no instructions. Our bedroom window was broken, and two of the lamps weren’t working.
Summary: Clean and comfortable but the room needs a makeover.

Positive: I like the location the most! Place is cozy and clean.
Negative: I didn't like the futon bed. My 2 friends slept in bed, and I slept at the futon bed in the living room. That futon bed has to go. It was squeaky every time I moved, and I woke up with a sore back! So, I was not happy! It would have been nice if we had body wash - it was a conditioner and 2 shampoos! Why 2 shampoos and no body wash? It would have been nice, too, if there were a couple of teas, not just coffee.

Positive: Lovely property very close to the beach
Negative: The property sends a lot of messages/reminders which could really be one/two texts or simply a summary email. I was constantly bombarded with texts etc which was a little off. But nothing against the stay itself, it was very pleasant.
Summary: We spent a really lovely couple of days there. The check in and out was really smooth.

Positive: We could walk to downtown in about 15 minutes. The place was very clean, you could eat off the floors! Beds very comfortable and high end sheets.

Positive: the location was excellent. It was quiet and had easy access to the village and beach.
Negative: the sofa bed was not what we expected. The picture showed a day bed with a trundle not a sofa bed. The real problem was the split cover that creeked when the sleeper moved throughout the nights. The very least that was required was a pad or blanket to put under the sheet. The sofa bed needs to be recovered or replaced.
