Positive: Perfekt rooms. Clean and big enough.
Negative: The hotel itself was very good. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, my positive impression was seriously affected by our experience at the restaurant on the 10th floor. I strongly recommend that tourists carefully check their bill and make sure that all items and quantities listed are correct before paying. In our case, we discovered discrepancies on the bill and were almost overcharged by €60. Once we pointed this out, there were several excuses and apologies. Interestingly, we were initially told that paying by credit card was not possible at the time. Only after we noticed the issue was payment by credit card suddenly possible. Please be very careful and always ask for the bill, check every item and quantity, and do not simply pay without checking. This experience was very disappointing and unfortunately affected our overall impression of an otherwise very good hotel.

Positive: The room was very clean and looked modern and new, and the staff at both the café and the bar were friendly and provided great service.
Negative: The bathroom didn’t have any hooks or towel racks, which made it difficult to hang clothes or towels. There was also quite a strong smell from the furniture in the room. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper next to the toilet, and there were no tissues in the room. The soundproofing was another issue, as we could hear quite a bit of noise from outside and other areas of the hotel. The hot water also wasn’t hot enough, and the water pressure was fairly weak.

Positive: Best things about this aparthotel is the Staff members. The ladies at the reception and the folks working in the kitchen. Excellent service and super helpful. The room has an attached kitchen with basic pots and pan and a sink. This really helps while travelling. Some rooms are also equipped with washing machine. The room and the washroom were super clean with hot and cold water supply. Although my room was not having a washing machine but at request they let me use it. Since it was listed during the time of booking. The breakfast was good. As a solo female traveller, I felt super comfortable and safe knowing that the responsible ladies are handling the place. Also, there is a nice restaurant next door where you can get amazing drinks and food. It remains open from morning till late mid night. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would comeback again. Also, hotel parking area is a pick up point for day tours to Mangystau. 😊 And kudos to the team! 👏
