Positive: Kitchen with good range of utensils and condiments to allow a nice extened stay. nice location to get to Poipu beach.
Negative: Problem with electrics in 2nd bedroom for the first few nights - Dale did try to sort it out with electrician quickly but took a few days, so probably some bigger issues than just a blown fuse or circuitry problem. Need some lights above the outdoor table, and for the front door - not easy to see in the dark.

Positive: Very well maintained and close to restaurants and beaches.
Negative: Besides the cockroaches……???? We had the dolphin studio which was well appointed and comfortable. However….upstairs neighbor seemed to be arranging furniture all through the night. Loud scraping noises, heavy footsteps and very loud music. Very hard to sleep.

Positive: We loved staying here. The management were fantastic, checked in multiple times to see if we needed anything and were very responsive to messages. It had everything we needed, great little kitchen set up, beach things, laundry! Very homely and well maintained.

Positive: The rental was extremely relaxing. We truly felt at home and comfortable in the apartment. The app that was available for the unit was extremely helpful (I enjoyed the walkthrough videos).
Negative: The guest book was out of pages. We added another one.

Positive: Facilities and set up of the property was great. I appreciated having free access to a laundry. Everything operated really well (once I worked out how to operate the shower!) I liked the garden and the barbecue. Also enjoyed the fact that the room was well ventilated and cool, and really didn’t need to use the air conditioning.
Negative: Found the room to be a little dark.
Summary: Really comfortable place to stay and enjoy beautiful Kauai!

Negative: Tenants upstairs were moving furniture till late night, like, 1am. Also, some tenants kept parking right in front of the property, instead of the designated spaces.
