Summary: We stayed here for a weekend getaway to do some local shopping in Franklin and Nashville. It was small but perfect for the two of us. It is located below the main house, so could hear walking above you and other little sounds. Much like apartment living. The space was up to date and clean which is most important. The mattress was pretty hard, but unfortunately beds are usually an issue everywhere we have stayed. Again it was perfect for what we needed.

Summary: Studio apartment was as described. It’s small but perfect for just the two of us. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities you need! She thought of everything! Highly recommend if it’s 1-2 people!

Summary: This property met my modest needs for this winter trip. The property manager was nicely attentive via the VRBO app. The property is quite small and leaves enough room for sleep, bathroom needs and very basic kitchen needs. Perhaps during fairer weather the outside area provides room to sit and relax. WiFi was very poor though this may have been due to thick cloud cover especially if internet service was via satellite. I recommend some pics to accompany the already detailed written directions on where to park and the entry door location especially for those arriving at nighttime. I would stay here again knowing these limitations and traveling alone.

Summary: Nice, clean little place. Very tiny but if all you are using it for is a place to sleep then its perfect. The owner was very accommodating.

Summary: Jodi was super nice to deal with and always answered my questions quickly. I stayed for a week by myself while I was taking jewelry classes in Arrington and it was very convenient, an easy 24 minute commute. Cute location and quiet neighborhood!

Summary: Had a large family gathering in the area and needed additional sleeping arrangements for some. We initially chose both the apartment and rv from this host, how we ended up only needing the apartment. Host was extremely accommodating and was able to rent the rv to another party without hassle. In-laws enjoyed the apartment for the few days they stayed. Host was very easy to contact.
