Summary: We found that no linens, no pillow cover, no bin in the house and in toilets, after booking confirmation we had been informed to bring your linens, pillow covers, towels, moreover we found that no Gas bootle connected to BBQ, we confirmed with owner, she sent email that you can buy aGas bottle and she will refund the amount, we bought it and sent receipt for the same but after that owner did not reply and never refund money back, so I will escalate this to Stayz customer care with all proofs..

Summary: Nice property in nice bush location. All amenities and nice and clean. Lots of light switches which don't seem to do anything. The bedroom lights in the room with queen bed did not work. Apart from that a good stay

Summary: This rental was absolutely beautiful, close to a nice beach in quiet neighbour but still close to everything you need. The house is decorated beautifully and is spacious enough to feel big even with seven people. The host was very accommodating and polite as well which made the whole stay very pleasant.

Summary: Was advertised as 4 rooms all with queen beds. Not accurate at all. We went away with adults who were all expecting to sleep in queen beds. Beds were 1 bed King. 1 bed queen 1 bed double, I bed 3 x single. Ridiculous amounts of cobwebs. It rained and the roof leaked all over our belongings and the power went out and stayed out. The kettle didn’t work at all. Really disappointed.

Summary: Beautiful house in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Deck with outdoor setting and BBQ was perfect for morning brunch. Room upstairs was better than expected. Fantastic for a family movie night and great views to the south during the day. Claire was great to deal with. Very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely go back again.

Summary: Stayed for 8 days at Silverleaves. I love the area. It was close to the beach and an easy walk to both beach and local store. House has plenty of sleeping options and all beds are comfortable. The decking was fantastic to sit out under the trees and is under shade, whilst relaxing and looking out over the front of the property. Upstairs lounge was very comfortable. No Wifi at the house, but you can stream netlflix, etc from your own device. Loved our stay and hope to return one day.
