Positive: Convenient, easy beach access. Nice room size
Negative: Not enough comfortable lounging furniture in room for people. No trash bags. Not enough paper products. No information to bring such items

Positive: The positives of the property was certainly the location. Excellent ocean views overlooking the pool.  The condo was located in the busy area of Daytona Beach. If you like the hustle and bustle, this location is for you. 
Negative: Photos in the property were slightly misleading. Kitchen was redone, but the bathroom is pretty dated. Lots of dirt on the doors sloppy paint jobs on the wall.  One of the beds in the bedroom was broken the pillows they provided were extremely thin with no support the mattress on the hide. A bed had significant stains on it, and it was very supportive even for a pull out sofa also only a set of sheets and one very thin blanket provided for this pull out. Only one roll of toilet paper. No laundry detergent your on it to get additional supplies. Don’t expect any amenities from the hotel because this is a privately owned condo. Pool was probably one of the best in the area is very crowded due to the large complex. Was hard to get seating if you weren’t there early.
Summary: I chose this place for my three children. They did like the pools and the fantastic location to the beach, but would not

Positive: The host was very responsive, communication was always smooth and easy. Good location - walking distance from the ski lifts. No issues with parking space nearby.
Negative: The apartment was very basic missing some essentials features such as microwave or wifi. The building itself is in need of major renovation, hips of rubbish piling under the windows in common areas.
Summary: Considering its overall condition the property is overpriced.
