Summary: It was a quiet place mainly because not a busy time , the room I had was situated beside an out building with noisy hot water units constantly operating a little annoying but not totally unbearable. Maybe a different room and it wouldn't be so noticeable or even consider a better sound proofing design. Otherwise an adequate base for daily adventures.
