Positive: The host greeted us as we pulled up, which was about 9pm. Was very friendly and has a relaxed approach. I needed a quiet location due to racing a big race the next day and have had some bad experiences in the past with noise etc. This was perfect!!

Positive: Great location for racecourse. Lovely spotless room. Bed was soft and comfy and I slept well. Really nice friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if I need to be on the area.
