Summary: Breakfast was out of everything, We could not park at hotel so we had to drive to a parking lot up the road. Not a great experience at this hotel. We will not stay here ever again.

Summary: William at the front desk was kind & helpful. The hotel itself is clean. The surrounding area is not great. No decent food. Just know if you stay there, there’s almost nothing healthy food-wise in walking distance. The breakfast was just ok but I’m a foodie so it’s hard to please me. Most ppl would think it was ok. The rooms were very clean as were the common areas.

Summary: I would give the staff 10 stars if there was an option. Everyone truly cared about my family and me and genuinely wanted us to have a great stay! The breakfast was amazing!! I was surprised! In a good way... The room was spacious and clean. We loved having a view of the train. The hotel is also a very short walk from the train station. I will stay here again next time i come to NYC for sure!!!

Summary: I had the free breakfast twice. Each morning the eggs were cold. I went different times each morning before 9am. On Monday the bacon was burnt. Both days the pancakes were good - very tasty.

Summary: In town for a funeral, and needed a quick, inexpensive place to stay. The staff was great and went above and beyond. It was great to watch breakfast actually being cooked by the chefs right in front of us, Real eggs!!!. I only wish they had usb ports in the rooms, but other than that, everything was above expectation for $72/night.
