Positive: Loved the location, the outdoor spaces, aircon in all the bedrooms, super comfy beds
Negative: Unfortunately the neighbours were very noisy on the last night and prevented the person in the downstairs bedroom getting a proper sleep (the bunk room with adjoining wall to the other town house). The back bedroom downstairs was fine.
Summary: Fabulous roomy house with comfortable beds and great beach location.

Positive: Location was perfect. Kitchen had everything and more. Outdoor area’s are amazing and comfortable, fantastic to watch the sunset.
Negative: There was a shirt left on one of the wardrobe doors from the previous tenants and there was no plug for the bath for our toddler.

Positive: No breakfast. The location was good. No cafes close by for dinner Great cafe over road for breakfast or coffee at beach
Negative: The neighbours. Played music and sang until 2-30 am on the Saturday night Only 1 tv.

Negative: Just a lilttle heads up needing to clean the bathroom sinks properly the water couldn’t go down properly as the sink was stuck with black stuff that needed to properly clean otherwise everything was perfect for our stay there ☺️

Positive: The beds were comfortable, house was homey, location was spot on, crockery and utensils were clean and a great help - but most of all, Jessie and her team are the best hosts! Upstairs was perfect for stargazing on a clear winter's night, and having a place to park was definitely a plus. We really enjoyed our stay here and I would expect it is even more of a hit in Summer. We could also walk from the house to Henley Beach Jetty in 30 minutes which made for a great chilly morning exercise. IGA and Foodland was our go to, not more than 3 minutes by car, plus it only ever took 15-25 minutes depending on traffic, to get to Adelaide Convention Centre or the City. Overall very pleased with our stay.
Negative: Carpet is a little aged but did not affect our stay in anyway whatsoever
Summary: We visited in winter but would love a summer stay too!

Positive: The location was great, check in went smoothly. The outdoor spaces are terrific, it would be great in summer.
Negative: We ran out of hot water after the first night. I contacted the hosts whose only solution was to keep checking the breaker switch. No one offered to come and help us and we had to make do with a very small hot water service which could not supply enough hot water for the six adults that I had booked for. We also had a five month old baby having a bath in the kitchen sink after boiling the kettle for her. It made our trip very uncomfortable
