Summary: The caravan was lovely and clean and the owners were fantastic, highly recommend.

Summary: When we got to the site we spent some time trying to find our caravan as the roads were not signposted clearly enough. When we eventually opened our caravan door we were amazed how spacious the lounge was. Everything was clean and tidy with all you could possibly want (other than an ice cube tray!) July weather could have been better but that lies in the hands of the gods unfortunately!

Summary: We stayed this weekend. Great park, facilities really good for kids of all ages, ours enjoyed the swimming, football and entertainment. Places to eat which were good. Staff really friendly. Overall a really good stay. Caravan was great and was well equipped. A little tired but it allowed dogs so we were happy. Just a little constructive criticism, it could be cleaner. Bird poo all over the windows and cornflakes on the seat and floor when we arrived.

Summary: We had a great time at this caravan. Everything you need for a great, relaxed stay. It was perfect for my family: myself, my husband, 3 daughters, 2 of their partners, my granddaughter and my little dog. It was ideally located as a base for visiting relatives nearby and for exploring Clacton. Will definitely come back!

Summary: Stayed in the caravan with my mum on 10th March and took my dogs. The caravan was nicely presented and clean. All the basics that you needed - Microwave , gas oven and hob , large fridge/freezer. Very specious lounge/kitchen/dining area with big television. Easy to operate boiler so plenty of hot water and it was quick to warm when we turned the heating on- very cosy indeed. We had good communication from the owner and she has left helpful instructions on how to operate boiler, TV etc. The site is huge and took some time to orientate. I can’t comment on the leisure facilities etc on the site as we did not use them. The site is very very quiet in March which suited us. Clacton beach is not far in the car and great for letting the dogs to run free on especially at this time of year as hardly anyone about. I would very much recommend this caravan and hope to come back again as we had such a nice time there.
