Positive: Safe and secure home, very friendly lady helped us the whole way. The room was fantastic. I really loved the set up in the yard so you could just sit down at a table and relax. Also if your staying longer, you have a full kitchen to work with. Definitely highly recommend.
Summary: One of the best experiences in Pittsburgh.

Positive: We were on a last minute weekend trip with nothing booked. I was able to book this at the last minute. The host was very accommodating. She met us at the location and walked us through everything. The room is in a historic house and multiple rooms are rented out but we felt very secure. She has a great secure system. She also provided us with recommendations for a place to watch the game. We only needed the room for one night but it was a nice stay. The bed was very comfy. We had a private bath which was nice. The only possible drawback was the water pressure for the shower but that seems to be standard issue with any rented abode. Room had USB ports in lamps to charge our phones, has a fridge and a coffee maker (although we did not use it - not coffee drinkers but it was a nice touch). There was no cable on the TV but again we were only there for a short time and it was not an issue for us.
Negative: This is not about the place but about the site. We clicked the "map it" for the location and it took us to a sketchy part of town, no where near the actual house. We were reconsidering our choice. I was able to call the host and confirm that we were in the wrong place. When I typed the actual address into maps, it took me right to the house. Suggestion would be to confirm the address when booking.
Summary: Nice historic house. Just imagine the history!

Positive: The desk and bed were comfortable. The fans provided cold air better than expected. The host was very nice, accommodating and friendly. I really enjoyed the warm welcome. The accomodation to get up on to the bed helped.
Negative: The beds were stacked 3 high, it was in the basement(I have allergies so I thought it would be worse.) There was one light in the bedroom that was not working on the one side and one bathroom light was out. I requested it to be changed but wasn't. There was a lot of unneccessary furniture making it hard to move in the room. Had to use other side to do make up due to lighting issues in the bedroom and bathroom.
Summary: Absolutely Fantastic stay!
